Quick stovetop seasoning...I have used this skillet for months to cook acidic foods and nothing else.I would oil it after each use..You can see how dry the seasoning can get over time when doing acidic foods in one. Wash and dry the pan on medium heat on the stovetop.Apply about one tablespoon of oil of your choice and wipe it all over the inside of the skillet..Once pan is preheated to medium crank up the heat to almost the highest setting..When the skillet starts smoking good remove from heat and keep wiping on thin coats..You can watch each coat dry..Buff more oil on lightly during cooling until it quits getting dry.Allow to cool and wipe out..This is the result of a quick seasoning on the stovetop.
