Quickest and most efficient way to handle ISIS: Completely vaporize one or two ISIS-held cities (kill everything, even the cockroaches), and then demand total surrender under threat of Mecca being the next target. The only catch is that for the strategy to work we must be prepared and willing to make good on the threat. Red-lines written in disappearing ink only embolden the bad guys and endanger innocent infidels.
