Where is even UN or Doctors without borders to go to save lives of thousands of children and elderly, who are stuck without money and documents and dying under bombs of the Ukrainian Army without any food, water and medication? Too danger for the Humanitarian Aid, even International Observers were got under Heavy Artillery Fire this week in spite of official PEACE AGREEMENT was signed by Ukraine ? What about those local? How do they even survive, when even water supply is damaged after bombed Water supply Stations.
