Quinces! The call this the fruit of the gods and can be traced back t the land of the Pharaohs. We have been offered a quince tree ready for picking so I need some quince jam and jelly makers. Kaibosh will not take these as they are a bit of work and have to be cooked to enjoy their lusciousness. If you want quinces and some jars please get in touch. If you know people in the refugee communities who had quinces back in their homelands and would like some I am happy to also offer them up to them as well. The season is really short so you will need to be quick!
