Quite a harrowing documentary. The Ringworm Children tells the story of Sephardi Jewish Children who emigrated to Israel from Morocco in the 1950s, and they were subjected to an illegal secretive scientific experiment. The Israeli government had accepted funds of an American company to test radiation out on the children to examine the effects it had. They were picked by the government, because as Sephardi Jews, they were considered less valuable (culturally, socially and ethnically) than Ashkenazi (European) Jews. I was sent this link by a contact in the Arab-Jewish community, who is less than fond of Israel, but whos many friends are enthusiastic Zionists.
