Quite simply the best little documentary Ive ever seen, which is why we quite simply have to save it all costs. Having worked with David on a 12-part BBC series entitled The Trials Of Life, and knowing full well just what a perfectionist he is, this short collection of out-takes from the Beebs massive library, synched in with Davids gentle voice-over with the backing of the music from one of Louis Armstrongs greatest hits, brought tears to my eyes. Its just a crying shame that nobody had the guts to show this as a must-watch promo for Planet Earth at the very start of the recent UN Climate Change Summit in New York. Idiots! After all, and while it only lasts for a couple of minutes, its impact might have just made our precious leaders think again!!!
