From that place there is no feeling as if you need to fix yourself, the situation, or others. You allow them to have their process and connect to them on an emotional level but not from the place of getting dragged into the drama but from the place that you are in complete understanding and compassion to what they are going through. It is an open receptiveness that is inclusive and loving. Then others feel safe and will reveal more of themselves. When they do that you have access to support a subtle shift in their awareness. Often it is one small thing that you can say that will profoundly change their state of being.
