Before the advent of Buddhism they were mainly beneficent producers of rain or representatives of the Yang principle. Note: Lizards sometimes appear in my dreams as the protector to encourage intrepidity in times of apprehension and in life’s magical connections ~!~ *This alleged ELF transmission occurred in the summer of 1968. I was at the pillars on a bright sunny day. As I crossed the lawn I decided to lie on my back and gaze up at the clouds. Tripping on purple powdered LSD the scattered clouds above were miraculous and colorful. Appearing before me in the clouds I saw an extremely distinct light red dragon with bony light blue shaded horns. His eyes were covered by dark red sharp angled shields. He had dark red bushy eyebrows and beard and two long cylindrical dark red whiskers curled up at each side of his ruddy ape-like nose. On his back light blue bony plates of armor stood out like boulders in contrast to the light red. His facial features were unique…a combination of mythic dragon, human and ape. He seemed to come across as mischievous, sly, mystical and all powerful. Although, in real life I had seen many dragons before that time and many scince I had never come across a close-up of a face of a dragon just like this. Until… one day as I was browsing through a book called “Zen: and Japanese Buddhism,” by Dr. Suzuki, at the Talking Leaves Book Store here in Buffalo in around 1983. There was a black and white print of a 14th Century dragon. I was shocked breathless to see an exact replica in every finest detail from shape and form to the exact positioning of what I had witnessed in the summer of 1968...only I had seen the dragon then in static color. To me this occurrence I consider beyond coincidence and for me solidly supports my hypothesis. I posit further research will show Japanese ties to MKULTRA to go beyond the storage of nuclear (and *LSD) stockpiles at Atsugi where Oswald in 1957 is said to have had “Secret Clearance” to work in the radar room according to Lieutenant Charles Donovan who was in charge of Oswald’s radar team. Atsugi was also the home of the CIA’s U2 plane. (Summers 144-147, 156-57) *Note connection: In the 1960’s ORD officials brought in the Scientific Engineering Institute located outside Boston. Set up in 1956 as a proprietary company it researched radar and other technological fields for the behavioral sciences. Its founder was Dr. Edwin Land the founder of Polaroid who in 1954 recommended the development of the high altitude reconnaissance plane the U2. (Marks 210)
