R&R Rest and Relaxation? You’re half right! R&R = Run and Restorative Yoga The first 25-30 minutes of the class will involve your choice of a steady jog or run, an interval run or a power walk. The remaining 30 minutes of class will focus on easy, restorative yoga poses that will stretch and relax tight muscles, especially in the hips, hamstrings, calves and back while at the same time strengthening core muscles. This part of the class is meant to relax your body and your mind! ☺ Where? Balsam Grove Park When?
