RA SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Friends, due to the growth of RA it has become necessary to undertake some reorganization to improve the flexibility of RA to meet the new demands and opportunities. As a result, I have asked Jim Woods to step down from his position on the Board of Directors and take a new position as Vice President of Operations. I felt that Jim’s strengths in management and organizational matters would greatly benefit our organization as we turn the corner into new vistas. In addition, we have restructured our front line staff to divide the operational needs of RA into more manageable and compartmentalized groups. As we continue to move forward, these changes will serve to make us a more efficient and responsive organization serving the needs of Responsibly Armed Citizens. "Just a side note, Mr. Woods is really a great person and both his heart and soul is dedicated to RA and I wanted to thank him for the many hours he gives to this group. Thank you Jim!!! " ted
