RADAR UPDATE A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM FOR SOUTH CENTRAL COMAL AND EASTERN BEXAR COUNTIES... RAINFALL TOTALS SINCE 7:30am at Terrell Hills - 3.83 Rainfall estimates for the past hour are near the 2 inch mark between 281N and IH 10W. OConnor at Old Lookout road has been closed because of high water. Storm are moving out of the county towards the Hill Country. We will see the atmosphere become quieter however, we could easily see another round of rain as daytime heating charges the atmosphere back up. SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...EASTERN KARNES COUNTY...SOUTHWESTERN DEWITT COUNTY...UNTIL 1230 PM RAINFALL REPORTS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN THE EASTERN KARNES AND WESTERN DEWITT COUNTY AREA EARLIER THIS MORNING.
