RAILAS WALK ON A TIGHT POLITICAL ROPE: Im an ardent political - TopicsExpress

RAILAS WALK ON A TIGHT POLITICAL ROPE: Im an ardent political follower of Rao, a registered ODM member and was amongst the first brass to append our signatures for the Okoa Kenya refurandum push. Lately, am getting scared and envious of the refurbished political stature of president Uhuru Kenyatta. This guy(Uhunye) seems to be a quick learner of seasons and has used a good fraction of his troubled moments to realign politically and to win his admiration by Kenyans. Any political analyst whos had a keen look at the countrys top CEO will notice the drastic change of the political maturity in him. He has completely changed tact of attacking the opposition so as to settle his political scores, but has focused more to development agenda-a thing embraced by most Kenyans. His softened treatment to Migori hecklers and a closer public interaction that has defaced the presidency as a god position, and an afande yesu rank has earned him more bonga points in the public domain. Its as though he has put to application of his academic profession(Political science and Economics), unlike Railas Mechanical engineering qualifications. The duo have a high public opinion but the latter-Raila seems to be losing political grip to Moi and Kibakis godson, Uhuru Kenyatta. Unfortunately, baba doesnt seem to interpret Jubilees change of tact in politics. Hes got to be advised to shun sharp criticism to Uhuru in particular, as this gets viewed as an historical personal vendetta thats not up to the interest of Kenyans. Let baba leave the criticism of Jubilee at his juniors discharge if hes to remain relevant in the digitals political play. His quick to answer scheme of politics is now stale and is already diluted by Jubilees firebrands. We have the best camp of polical bulldozers but if we leave the burden up to Raila, we would be turning him into a workers rights activist than a brilliant political symbol of this nation. To my western province leaders, particularly Bungoma where I come from, we are honing our own leaders and not activists. The secret behind the placated emotions of young firebrands in western like Ababu Namwamba, Kenneth Marende, Amos Wako, Moses Wetangula among others is that they are being breeded. We are breeding a brand of leaders that can discern Kenyans interents. For this reason, I still question the intelligence of Railas political advisor, is he reading Jubilees calculated signs on the wall? If not so, we(CORD) will be in for another rude shock. Besides losing support in coming elections, Raila shall be flogged in public by this time round, an old mad woman! How can it be so disgraceful to be whipped in public by an old man and all he had to say was, Mnadanganya watu? We have no room for more embarassment in public squares. Let baba come and reload his political strategies. Let him work out a scheme to restore his fastly fading glory among his supporters. If not so, hes walking on a tight suicidal political rope, that he is to prove beyond the litmus paper of his political opponent Uhuru Kenyatta, whos rapidly attaining admiration and envy in equal measure among Kenyans in their political divide.
