RAIN KIT LIST Some of you know this already because you have earnt your badge as a extreme boot camper by joining us in the last rain session. But for those who dont, here are some top tips for training in the rain. Wear long sleave tops and bottoms. Do not wear wool. It is your enemy. Bring a towel, but leave it in the car. You can dry your hair and sit on it. Bring a old hoodie or jumper to put on after the session. It will keep you warm. Bring hats, gloves and plenty of water. Be prepared to get wet and muddy and bring a smile. If you dont youll be leaving with one. :-D See you at 19:00 at Camphill everyone.
