RANT ALERT: Christmas Season: The time when we try to soothe our selfish consciences by at least claiming (mostly not succeeding) to treat people the way we should treat them all the time. And feeling obligated to buy useless crap for people out of guilt. And Christians claiming theres some War on Christmas because people choose to say Happy Holidays, forgetting that celebrating Jesus, baby or man, is supposed to be about how Christians behave, not everyone else. Christians are being killed for the faith around the world and this is your cross to bear, ya woosy?! You claim to have the God who created the universe blessing your life and you feel the need to whine about a little perceived insult?! And the world is trying to train my daughter to believe that some fat guy in a red suit is going to give her everything she asks for, no matter the cost, and try to guilt me into getting it all so she isnt disappointed?! Hypocrisy Forgetting Season is what I call it and dont be suprised if I refuse to play along!
