RANT: It really irritates me when people say to me that I dont have a job, that I just play around with my hobbies. Im sorry, if they feel that way, but spending years studying music and art are just as, if not more, important than studying business or law. Oh, and then ask, Would you perform or donate a piece of your art for my event? I cant pay you, but you love what you do, so... Well then, since you seem to love what you do, will you represent me for free? Manage my art and music business for FREE? So I spend my time creating music and art and when Im not doing that I volunteer with multiple organizations, serve on non-profit boards, sit on a commission and mentor at risk students to make my community better. How many people with jobs can say that? Rant over.
