RANT TIME - how do I go about complaining about someone elses dog. There is a house in our village and three times now, the owner has been in the driveway ( a huge one I might add). They have large gates at the front which are open and their dog has been on no lead. When we have walked by on the other side of the road (so not even near their entrance) their dog has spotted mine and run out almost going for her. She has actually bitten Cookie before. My dog is always on a lead when not in our house or garden. Not happy :-(
