RANT/Venting...So proud that my kids go to a school where the staff truly cares for them and instills core values also. BUT, the parents in the JA parking lot are morons! Folks, we are supposed to reinforce what they learned all day in school. Your actions are deplorable! Example: grandpa wants a handicap spot. He arrives daily after the spots are blocked and honks his horn for everyone to move so HE can park (with NO intentions of ever getting out to retrieve his grandkids - they run to his car). If you want a front row spot, leave a few minutes earlier - be courteous! Then the real kicker is the lady who drives the older black Tahoe. She drives in the drive thru lane (good job). Her kids get in front seat and rear. She drives away and looks to the right to avoid the parked cars who have patiently waited for their turn to leave their spot BUT, also leaves the students vulnerable because she doesnt look to her left. Kids are everywhere! Anyway, today as I was easing out of my parking spot she was purposefully avoiding looking to her right (as she does everyday I am there) to prevent me from getting out and 1 car ahead of her. I brought her carelessness to her attention by pointing my 2 fingers at my eyes and back at the ground. CrAzY lady told the teacher in the lot that she was at fault for not being observant and to check with me to make sure I wasnt mad at her. NEWSFLASH - no parent will be understanding if she runs over their kid because she wasnt paying attention. Ugh. And thanks for reading!
