RAR helps Anca in Craiova with as many spays/neuters as possible. Unfortunately, for these puppies it was too late. No one wanted them and they were tossed away like garbage. The answer is simple: because there are already enough stray dogs , stray cats suffering; we don’t need more brought on this cruel world. A couple of weeks ago I have encountered a heartbreaking case: found in a wilderness area, under a cardboard box, surrounded by trash, 8 innocent souls. Their tiny bodies were wet, because poor creatures stood for 2 days (probably) in heavy rain. Two of them were already dead; the other ones in a really bad shape. Rushed them to the vet, but unfortunately only one of them survived and she is still fighting for her life. Neutering and spaying campaigns put a stop to hungry, thirsty, abused, sick, injured and unwanted puppies or kitties. Say not to animals in difficult situations, say yes to ANIMAL WELFARE.
