RCP careers mentoring scheme The RCP careers team have launched a brand new mentoring scheme in the UK for core medical trainees (CMTs) who are associate members. This offers an exciting opportunity for CMTs to learn from the experience of specialty trainees who have learnt the lessons and made the decisions that they will face in the coming years.
