RE: Call To Action. I am working on the booking for next year, trying to line up some shows, some trips to different parts of the country. Im even getting my passport renewed incase something comes in abroad. so far, Ive got a trip to FL in March, one to AR later in summer, and one big round trip to MN and swooping around to KS in the fall. It would be nice to get out to some new areas and reach some new friends. I wonder if I could propose a call to action here on my facebook page... If a number of friends here who like our music, and would like Robert Bowlin and I (or me by myself) to come play in your area, could take a moment to send an introductory email or even phone call to the organizer of any civic concert series, house concert, or festival in your local area. A personal recommendation from you often carries 10 times the weight of a cold-call or email from me, who they might have never heard of, and it might stick out in the memory, among the dozens of inquiries they might receive every week.
