RE: Formal Complaint About NHS Medical Service @ Priory Surgery (High Wycombe): Date: 04th November 2014. TO WHOM SO EVER THIS MAY CONCERN : SUB: Email me what you want to tell me, as i would like to have and want a proof that i understood what i have been told and what you are trying to tell me, Please do not call me as i cannot record the phone conversations. Now this was the REAL ISSUE 1) The Lady doctor at the Surgery after consulting told me that i could work the next day, with my viral throat infection and the bad cough i had at the baguette / sandwich food outlet where i have to make or prepare and serve food for or to 300 odd people? ( i would appreciate that a lot if you could send me a written email) .... The previous email has nothing to do with just the NOTE, as i am 35 years old who has been and seen and who has consulted and operated doctors in BRAZIL + GREECE + TURKEY + INDIA + USA + ITALY and may be more. I wanted to make a point and prove that, the lady doctor and he head doctor at the surgery contradicted each other, the lady doctor telling me that i could work in the current condition and the head doctor saying that i couldnt work at a food outlet in my current condition. HOW CAN OR COULD I WORK AT A FOOD PLACE WITH VIRAL & CONTAGIOUS THROAT INFECTION AND BAD COUGH? no one in this whole world, in medical service would give me a FIT FOR DUTY NOTE when i am sick and with an illness which is viral, infectious and contagious. What is the use of a GP or a SURGERY or Doctors if when i m sick and ill, i am told to do home remedies. And i have to go through all the pain of being sick or ill. When I am paying for a month almost 110 Pounds from my salary and 125 pounds is my employers contribution towards my N.I! when i m not getting the medical service i need to get well and get back to work? I do not want to consult with a Doctor, to be told just to do salt water gargles 3 times a day (my mother says do it 5 times a day)! What about my cough, how was that supposed to be cured and how many days should i be in pain doing salt water gargles. PS: I had received a call from a lady on 04th Nov 2014, 10:46 AM trying to explain me just about the NOTE, when my email had more then one issue and she also tried to tell me the rules and regulations of complaining, and that i could find it online too. (i had to disconnect the line on her as i am in pain and my throat hurts when i talk and i get coughs.) Regarding the issues, Please go through both my emails and please concentrate and try to understand what i am trying, have and want to say. Thank You for you time.
