RE: Mexican Lunch Restaurant is Now Open! Thanks Jazim. I went again on Saturday and Romero told me that he was swamped Friday night from 3 until midnight. He said everyone coming in ordered the beef chorizo dish. As I was having lunch, another co-worker walked in with his family. Our spreading the word is really working. His staff told me that there is a Grand Opening this Friday. Someone will forward the details. I filled up on beef chorizo appetizer so I’m looking forward to lunch today: leftover chicken lasagna. It’s really good. Tomato based, not cream based. Other notes: The garden or house salad has a mango/tequila dressing (yum). Everything is made from scratch; no frozen desserts or pre-made pasta. There are a lot of gluten-free choices including a pasta and the appetizer chips. Keep spreading the word. If we can get people to go there once, Romero’s cooking is going to keep bringing them back
