RE: POSSIBILITY OF SENDING VOLUNTEERS TO ZAMIFO. The above heading is referred to here: The Zarobinski Ministry Foundation (ZAMIFO) is one of the organizations in Arusha which deals the HIV/AIDS. ZAMIFO was established on September, 2003, in Arusha Region, in order to raise awareness in the community about HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB and environmental care. ZAMIFO is working in Arusha to help and educate the following communities: Masaai, Sonjo, Hazabe and the surrounding tribes. Although ZAMIFO has a lot of potential for development, there is shortage of personnel. We are looking for volunteers from your organization that fit the following descriptions: • Capacity development to organizations personnel and groups in the communities • Writing project proposal and reporting to Donors • The volunteer will be responsible for planning projects including the Logical framework approach and planning projects. • Capacity Development facilitator and Monitoring and evaluation • To develop team work and empowering people in need through training and workshop • To strength Macao organization ability to work in multicultural communities. • Awareness and sensitivity of cross-cultural settings • Capacity Building Development Organization • Fundraising for dev. organization The ZAMIFO has a residential house to provide a place for volunteers to stay while working with us. We need volunteers he or she can stay in ZAMIFO long - tame or shot - tame. We are expecting that your organization will respond positively to our request.
