We are now seeking to expand our team with approximately 40 full-time AND part-time positions. They are a mix of permanent, long-term contract, and casual. The roles we are looking for: Start Work - 12 January: intake 10 Full-Time Processing Staff (2 weeks training full-time) • Required for shifts between 8am-5pm Start Work - 26 January: intake 10 Part-Time Staff (2 weeks training full-time) • Required for shifts between 10am-2.15pm Start Work - 9 February: intake 10 Students/Casual (1 week training full-time) • Required for shifts between 5pm-10pm and Saturdays Start Work - 16 February: intake 10 Full-Time Outbound Call Staff (1 week training full-time) • Required for rostered shifts between 11.30am-8pm and Saturdays The role will entail providing accurate communication and problem-solving as required to all identified customers and groups. FULL PAID TRAINING PROVIDED!!!! The role(s) involved have some of these duties (but is not limited to): - Working with inbound customer enquiries - Be very accurate - Meet performance targets - Provide full, accurate and highly helpful refunds General Traits we are looking for: - exceptional customer, polite, friendly, happy, humble and helpful person in everything you do - Have an ability to talk clearly - Work exceptionally well withw.nztaxrefunds.co.nz Page 2 What are the Skills / Attributes you need?
