READY, SET, GO!! Here are the CLUES for the Barrie-Wide Scavenger Hunt: HURRY - Its FIRST COME, FIRST WIN!! Clue #1: Back in the late 1800’s, Barrie was considered to be the Ice Capital of Canada because it provided the main point of departure for the fresh ice supply to the “Ice Boxes” for Canada’s southern regions. Even though I dont have a starting point and I’m constantly on the GO, I do take quick rests from time to time. Who am I and where do I take my second quick rest in Barrie? Clue #2: It’s been eight years since anyone’s seen a defense player become the number one NHL draft pick, but for me, the last three years were spent making it all happen.
