REALISTICALLY neither the 16th nor 17th Amendments exist UNDER THE RULE OF THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND pursuant to the 5th Amendment and /or the Supremacy clauses of Article VI clauses 2 and 3, and pursuant to Article IV Section 4. The 16th Amendment cannot be appealed because one of my colleagues has 17,000 STATE Sealed and Certified documents PROVING that they didnt vote for ratification of either the 16th or 17th Amendments. Neither the 16th nor the 17th were EVEN CLOSE to having enough ratification votes. THE WHOLE THING was a lie by the despicable Secretary of State Philander Knox under the tutelage of Socialist in Chief Woodrow Wilson, who sold his soul to the Creature from Jekyll Island (book by G. Edward Griffin). A better and FASTER idea would be to appoint an Independent Investigator and have him visit my colleague William Benson who is a retired IL Department of Revenue, Special Agent, Criminal Division employee, who traveled to every State and the National Archives to do this research. If the Patriots now digress to operating outside of the RULE OF LAW, instead of RESTORING THE LAW, AS IT EXISTS, despite the perversions, anomalies, and corruption and utter constitutional contempt by our elected GOP and Democrat usurpers, America is doomed ALREADY...
