REALLY.............ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? over two hours for not one, but two...ok we are down to one, again; Comcast cronies to SWAP OUT 2 DVR BOXES AND 2 ADAPTOR BOXES....this is JUST RIDICULOUS!!! The problem is not with the equipment or your line coming into the house (for a change), Mrs. Wilson, it is with our service, it is totally on our end....we are having problems connecting with the On-Demand service, Ive just finished resolving one problem and now it looks like Ive got to go make a phone call and resolve this one...said the crony - two or three problems ago. UM - HEY COMCAST/XFINITY - (whatever name you want to use this week - doesnt matter - your shit still sucks a$$!) - DID YOU EVER CONSIDER MAKING CERTAIN ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT, LINES, COMPUTERS AND MOST ESPECIALLY PERSONNEL (not my girl Ida!) WERE UP TO SNUFF....BEFORE YOU CONSIDER UPGRADING YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUIPMENT....I SHOULD CHARGE YOUR COMPANY FOR ALL OF MY WASTED AND FRUSTRATED TIME. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! did I mention I abhor waiting.
