RECIPE OF THE WEEKEND MOLLYS HOMEADE CHICKEN AND DUMPLING SOUP WITH WHITE TRUFFLE OIL You will need the following: 3 celery sticks 2 garlic cloves 1 cup of sliced carrots 1 cup of fresh cut mushrooms 1/2 of an onion 3 tbsp of VOOC manzanillo natural olive oil 4 cans of chicken broth 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning 3 cups of cooked and cubed chicken breast 1/2 tsp of VOOC white truffle oil 1 package of Bisquick biscuit mix In a dutch oven put your VOOC mananillo natural olive oil and warm it. Place 3 cups of cubed chicken breast. Once fully cooked add the onion, garlic, sliced carrots, celery sticks, and mushroom and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, and poultry seasoning. I would add salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl prepare your biscuit mix. Spoon the biscuits into the dutch oven and boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour. For a delicious twist to your chicken and dumplings put 1/2 tsp of VOOC white truffle oil. It is an amazing taste. Enjoy! Any questions just shoot me a message.
