**REGGIE IS TERRIFIED & NEEDS YOU TONIGHT!** Reggie is a truly gorgeous, young, tiny Chihuahua mix who - surprise! surprise! - has hated his stay at Manhattan ACC. He is healthy. His finder has had great things to say about him - the only thing he seems to be scared of, outside the shelter environment, is large dogs, but he gets along famously with smaller ones, and humans of all sizes. He is only 1.5 years-old. Have we mentioned that hes also gorgeous? All this doesnt matter to ACC; theyre about to kill this awesome little guy tomorrow. Why, you ask? This is why: He attempted to hide from the assessor and could not be comfortably positioned for the handling items of the assessment; so they were omitted. He must have really hurt the assessors feelings, huh? We could call this whole ridiculous thing a joke, but its tragically real, unfortunately. Apply to New Hope rescues to foster or adopt Reggie NOW.
