REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS AND ISSUANCE OF IDENTIFICATION CARDS img Click here to edit your pageClick here to go to your office Only participants who have been officially nominated by an invited Governmental body, Non-Governmental Organization, Academic Institution, or Group formed to represent a country will be registered. Such participants will be provided with a registration file number and special ID card on arrival, permitting access to the conference premises during the Conference. Admission to conference premises will require, at all times, the presentation of the identification cards. Upon presentation of two valid photo IDs, NGO Participants will be issued such ID cards for access to the Conference premises: A center for issuance of access/ identification passes will be open from at the World Youth Conference Hall. Only a minimum of five (5)or a maximum of ten (10) people are expected to participate together as a Group or Organization from a Country and none of them should be less than eighteen years of age and must participate in both Conferences. It is not necessary that you must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event. You can build a group of five (5) Or ten (10) persons from your Organization/Country. They should be in possession of their international passports to enable them participate in this Conferences. All participants visa request will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in participants" country of residence. Any member(s) of a group, whose visa request is not forwarded together with the group members, shall not be considered as a member of the group. All those interested to participate in the forth-coming International conferences, must forward the following information: 1)Names exactly as in passport. 2)Passport Number. 3)Date of Birth. 4)Place of Birth. 5)Country of Residence. 6)IDD code # of country of Residence. to our registration desk by email: [email protected]
