REMINDER!!! All concerned ASPPI Alumni Chairman and Grand Chancellor are hereby reminded to submit not later March 24, 2014 a brief report on the status of their chapter or alumni association including its financial status for consolidation at our end to be presented during the National Biennial Convention. This is required in Section 6, ARTICLE II-NATIONAL ASSEMBLY of the 2013 Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws which provides “Each official delegate shall make a brief report on the status of his chapter or association to be submitted to the National President one month prior to the National gathering. The President shall then prepare a consolidated report to the National Assembly to include the status reports of the Alumni associations and Chapters.” Reiterated hereunder is the implementing Executive Order No. 2014-003 dated 16 February 2014: ALPHA SIGMA PHI PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT Commission on Audit Complex, Cabatangan, Zamboanga City Email address: bellybatocael53@gmail; CP No. 09065018407 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2014-003 Reports on Accomplishments in Adherence to the Principles of Transparency and Accountability Whereas, Section 4, Article XIV, 2013 Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (AIB) mandates the adherence of the principles of transparency and accountability. Whereas, Section 6, Article II, 2013, same AIB, provides “Each official delegate shall make a brief report on the status of his chapter or association to be submitted to the National President one month prior to the National gathering. The President shall then prepare a consolidated report to the National Assembly to include the status reports of the Alumni associations and Chapters”. NOW, THEREFORE, I, ABELLANO S. BATOCAEL, National President of Alpha Sigma Phi Philippines International Collegiate Service Organization, Incorporated, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order compliance by all alumni associations and chapters in good standing in adherence to the principles of transparency and accountability. Section 1. This Order shall take effect and applies to the Accomplishment Report requirement for Fiscal Year 2013 and years thereafter using the attached form which is made an integral part hereof. Section 2. The Accomplishment Report for 2013 shall be submitted to the National President not later March 24, 2014. Section 3. All Orders and other Issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. This Order shall be read at a Regular Meeting, and action thereon duly recorded in the Minutes of said meeting shall be submitted to the National Executive Office.
