REMINDER FOR WEIGHTLIFTING The schedule is Monday- Friday 2:25-3:00 for incoming freshman-12th grade. Mondays will be for offensive line-upper body workout Tuesdays will be all skilled positions -upper body workout Wednesdays will be offensive line - lower body workout, Thursday will be skilled positions - lower body workout and Friday is offensive line and skilled positions for conditioning. ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE WEIGHT ROOM FOR THEIR SCHEDULED DAYS. If you have any questions please contact Coach Roadcap.
