Aside from you need to have them registered first with PRC as Salespersons under you, train them to introduce themselves to clients and other professionals if they have to call other brokers to introduce themselves as a Salesperson under this broker... I think that should be a proper way. 2. If they need to advertise, always put your name and license number before their name and contact numbers.
