REMINDER: TRYOUTS FOR KATELLA SOCCER for all new players will be held during the week of October 8th - October 11th after school on the Varsity Soccer Field. (No school for students on October 7th - Exact days and times to be announced.) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL STUDENTS WHO WANT TO PLAY FOR KATELLA SOCCER AND WILL BE TRYING-OUT FOR SOCCER MUST HAVE THESE FORMS DOWNLOADED, PRINTED AND COMPLETED: a. Physical Form (Completed by a physician) b. Athletic Eligibility Application c. Athletic Emergency Health and Medical Consent Form (Emergency Card) - 2 Copies d. Katella High School Parent and Athlete Signature Form IMPORTANT: The completed forms should be turned in for review and approved in order to have your name placed on a list of students eligible to try-out. No exceptions! Also, students in other current boys sports (cross country, football, tennis, or water polo) will have tryouts AFTER their sport season ends. You may not leave your current sport to join boys soccer until your season is finished and you are signed out by your coach!! These players must complete the Athletic Eligibility Application ONLY as proof of their intent to play boys soccer.
