RENT A GOOD ROOM In a happy student house with people from France, Germany, Poland and Australia. 250 pounds/month + bills (CHEAP!) The house is in City Rd, Norwich, 10 mins walk from the city centre, and 20 mins bike ride from the UEA. The house is large and comfortable with 2 bathrooms, common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and laundry facilities. There is a small back yard with a bbq and a bike shed (with stuff to fix up bikes etc). Our house is on a nice quiet street, very close to shops, pubs, take away food/restaurants and green space. There is a co-op supermarket, a tesco and a sainsbury’s within 5-10mins walk. The house is pretty tidy with a communal cleaning schedule and we tend to share a lot of shopping and cook and have fun together often. The house will be available to rent from the latter part of March (contact us for specifics). It’s a very friendly house and a big, furnished, light-filled room.
