REPENTANCE BRINGS FORGIVENESS Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. (Acts 3:19a) I will hear what God the Lord will speak, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly. (Psalm 85:8) Repentance means turning from sin as well as confessing it to God.
