REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF SEARCH WARRANT RE- VIOLATION OF RA 9165: At about 6:30 AM of this date, team led by PCI ROBERT M. CAPUS, DCOP along with PI RENATO IBARONDO, Invest Officer and Warrant Server, under the supervision of the COP PSUPT. FELIX N. SERVITA JR, implemented Search Warrant Nr. T-2014-36 duly issued by HON. JUDGE ALBEN C. RABE of RTC Branch 15, Tabaco City, at the premises of RODEL ROSELADA y CID @ AYAM/ASO, 37 years old, with live-in partner of P-3 San Lorenzo,Tabaco City.The Search resulted in the seizure of three [3] pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu, five [5] pieces of partially opened small transparent plastic sachets containing residues of suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalias. Subsequently, the suspect was arrested and thereafter was apprised of his constitutional rights. Further, the search, inventory and marking of the seized items were in the presence of the suspect’s live-in partner and witnesses by a Media Representative; DOJ Representative and Elected Brgy. Officials.Subject arrested person was under the custody of this station and filing of appropriate case is now being prepared for Inquest Proceedings.
