How to MOTIVATE somebody even if you dont have BIG RESULTS The cars, the money, the fame... lahat yun may mga sariling boses pero hindi palaging yun ang kailangan madinig sa akin ng mga downlines and prospects . Ang kailangan nila ay yung isasagot kapag sinabi na nilang Ano ang gagawin ko? Although hindi ko naman dini-disregard ang mga Power sessions dahil nakaka-gana naman talaga, ...I just think na hindi ito enough na dahilan para maging active ka sa negosyo. Enthusiasm is contagious, that I agree with pero we need more than just excitement and hype para magpatuloy. Maybe, we could try not making a habit out of using the force of our group to remind ourselves of our own dreams or trying to solidify them by sheer baliwan. Siguro pwede naman natin yun gawin sa sarili natin. Hugutin natin yung totoong magpapasaya sa atin from the deepest part of our hearts and make it a point that we keep reminding ourselves of our goals. I think aside form screaming and shouting, maybe I could also try to be still, keep quiet, and listen to the things that truly make us happy. That, for me, is harnessing true power. Ang sa akin lang, HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS kasi iyon talaga ang mag momotivate sayo. Sila upline, nandyan lang sila to inspire and teach you. Motivation happens kapag uwi mo sa bahay after ng training and then you go ahead and book your OPPs or do followups sa mga prospects without needing to be constantly reminded to dream big. For me, true motivations is translated in tagalog as PAGKUKUSANG GALAW. Yun totoong commitment, whatever it takes gagawin mo ang dapat mong gawin hindi dahil sa sinabi o inuutos ni UPLINE, kundi dahil kapag ginawa mo ito... youll be stepping forward a bit closer to realizing your GOAL.. that is to materialize your BIG DREAMS, gaano man kalaki o kaliit ito. Dont let anyone tell you na mababaw ang pangarap mo lalo nat alam mo na iyon naman talaga ang nagpapa-saya sa iyo. Para sakin, MOTIVATION is... dahil sa may Motivo ka... GAGAWA KA NG AKSYON.
