REPOST. PERIODS. This P word scare the hell out of men. They seriously want to run away when their girlfriends, girl friends, wife or whoever Female close to them lands up in this situation of 4-6 days. While you men are running away from this, your girl is dying for your love. The situation isnt tough you can handle it by remembering few points. •Mood swings. Common phenomenon for every female. Basically, a woman has mood swings during this 6 days tenure. She screams you need to be patient, do not argue. When she would be calm she is going to be guilty and will surely apologize. The intensity of getting emotional is very high, hug her. If she cries, be with her. •Body ache. Body gets exhausted easily. Dont burden her with work, she may fall ill because of excess work. Leg pain, back pain, something unbearable for a woman. Give her a massage, it will lesser her pain.Help her in house works, this wont let down your dignity rather you will gain respect and love in her heart and mind. •Stomach cramps. Well! You cant massage her stomach as it is an organ not a bone. Distract her mind somewhere. •Nausea. Sickening feeling. A woman is so uneasy at that time. Dont force her to eat something. If she is puking in the washroom, either you be there rub her back or get a lemon water ready. •Eatables. Dont be tense if she eats tons of chocolates or ice-cream, as a woman wants sweet and cold to eat. If you get her these, you will make her feel better and relaxed. •Sleep. Ask her to have proper sleep. Keep her head on your lap or chest be close to her, give her a tight hug and caress her hair, rub her arms. This way she will fall for you more and can have a good sleep. Lastly, remember at this point her hormones are the devils giving her pain, it is a hormonal act. The body functions according to hormones, the master-mind. It is not she, it is all hormonal thing. Bleeding in liters is not a funny thing. Yes, it is a bloody blood causing problems. Surely, you men wont understand this and make fun of it because you dont bleed down there, you may not understand the changes taking place in a woman.But you can comfort her. It isnt that difficult to understand a girl. Men, this wont lower your dignity, self esteem, self respect. you will win her heart, you will make her fall for you more.
