It is more important that we receive your AFFIDAVIT than the photos/videos. As a non-profit NGO with no seizing or arresting powers, PAWS normally should just be asking people to report it to the barangay and police and they should take the necessary steps in helping out ordinary citizens. But weve seen firsthand how undermanned (and uninformed) our barangay and police stations can be so we have taken it upon ourselves to help file criminal cases. All we ask for is the affidavit from witnesses or people with personal knowledge of the neglect and cruel acts, as well as complete information.
