RESCUE ME OHIO------The day has arrived for the Call to Action! Join together with us and many other animal advocates to protest the shooting of the five innocent feral kittens in North Ridgeville and the fact that no action has been taken against the officer that shot these kittens. Please take time out to come and show your support. There is also a rally before the meeting beginning at 6:45. If you would like to attend more information can be found via the link below. We realize that emotions are running very high right now, but we must insist that anyone who attends the rally/protest remain calm, civil, professional and non-threatening. We cannot accomplish anything by being angry. Our team is just as upset as all of you, but we must remain rational to make our voices heard. Now more than ever it is important to discuss the options at hand when dealing with feral cats/kittens. That is the point that we are trying to drive home. This officer had humane options and chose not to pursue those options. Let us take this opportunity to educate people about TNR and the fact that not all feral cats are full of disease and fleas. They have just as much right to live and can thrive outside on their own without every bothering anyone.
