RESIDENT NOTIFICATION LETTER From: Concrete Works of Colorado, Inc. August 27, 2013 Dear Neighbors, This letter is to inform you that on September 3rd, 2013, Concrete Works of Colorado, Inc. will be preparing for the replacement of public water mains, sewer mains and repaving of the roadways in your area, including in front of your home. All work is expected to be completed within the Public Right of Way of the Town of Lyons. We expect to be in this area beginning approximately September 3, 2013 and be in the area for approximately 2 months. Work times will typically be from 7:00am to 6:00pm. In order to facilitate the project, we will need to stage vehicles and equipment on the site beginning August 29th 20 13. The streets affected include: • Park Street from Highway 36 to 3rd Avenue Alley S of Park between 2nd & 3rd Avenues On certain days, there will be no parking permitted on the street. Please limit all on street parking during this period to help avoid construction delays. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner’s expense, although attempts will be made to contact the owner prior to taking such action. We are aware of the inconvenience caused by our activity and apologize in advance. Rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of our activities on your neighborhood. If you have particular concerns (scheduled deliveries, construction, accessibility needs, etc.) that must be addressed, please call our office at 303-665-2933.
