RESIGN! RESIGN!! RESIGN!!! It is with heavy heart and tears settling on my eyes for my people in Kono district that I put this piece together calling on the head of the Kono District Ebola Response Centre, Pc Saquee (5) of Tankoro to without any prejudice and malice to resign his position as the head of the Kono Ebola fight because of the present unprecedented increasing in the number of Ebola cases in the district since he assume that leadership mantle of Ebola fight. The chief will agree with me that since he took over as the head of the Ebola fight from the Chairman of the Kono District Council, Mr. Abduraman Koninga who was heading the Ebola Task Force assisted by the Mayor of Koidu city council, Mr.Saa Emerson Lamina inherited only 27 Ebola cases including survivor, death and under- treatment- patients hence the cases have swollen to almost over two hundred under his leadership. Therefore, the chief is kindly requested to come and apologise publicly to the people of Kono district for falling them in the breakage in the chain of the transmission of Ebola in the the district. No one has a monopoly over knowledge.
