RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPACT. Friends; Vision will give u a focus, but having received a vision, u must add diligence to it and when dat is done, u are required to be responsible. Responsibility is de price for greatness. You cannot be an effective minister no matter ur assignment without being responsible. Only responsible worker ends up as affective minister. Ur success in life and ministry is largely determined by u nt anyone. Christianity without responsibility is idolatry b,cos responsibility is de mark of christianity. Responsibility means de response of ability to demand placed on it. That is, how ability inside u respond when demand is placed on them.Responsibility is a quality of being reliable, dependable and accountable,answerable and trust worthy.When u give ur time, energy and attention to ur God-given assignment u are on ur way to experience extra-ordinary breakthrough in ministry. There are some abilities God has deposited inside u and until dey begin to find expression by u doing what u can do with what u have, where u are, u may never experience true success. Every vision and assignment in life carries with it, divine enablement or divine ability.Apostle peter was loaded with supernatural ability and untill demand was placed on dis ability,it was never revealed. And peter answered him and said, lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on de water. Matthew14:28. And he said, come. And when peter was come down out of de ship, he walked on de water, to go to jesus.matthew14:29. Untill u challenge those abilities inside u,dey will not find expression.Those abilities were put dere by God, but u to allow dem to flow out. U will never know de extent to which u can perform untill u respond to de demands and those demands are what we call challenges. Whatever u are,and whatever u are doing it is largely a result of ur own choices.therefore, u are where u are and what u are b,cos of ur own conduct and ur own behaviors, like it or nt,u have chosen to be there.
