RESTROSPECTIVA CARRANTA 2013 BRAZILIAN 2013 RETROSPECTIVE 2013 was a year that will definitely mark Brazilian history. Politics became topic of discussion everywhere. Never before had the conventional media been in such a tight spot, for not supporting the population in their claim for respect, dignity and justice. Millions of citizens took the streets across the entire country, participating in what was estimated to be over 300 protests. Brazilian government responded oppressively as citizens cried for better public services and immediate actions against corruption, resulting in over 1400 arrests and 492 injured citizens. Certainly it was the begging of the process for Brazilian development, specially de development of it’s citizens.
