REVELATION OF JESUS TEACHING: MATHEW 4:17 3:17 FROM THAT TIME ON JESUS BEGAN TO PREACH, REPENT, FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS NEAR. Jesus was preaching or teaching repentance. When preaching repentance sin must be rebuked. Sin must be called by its name. I mean, sin must be called sin and no sin cover-up. That brings conviction and conviction gives birth to genuine repentance. That message of repentance in the background speaks of distraction if not repented well or not repented at all. It is a two side sword: peace or distraction. Either of that is welcomed and not all. Repentance is a personal issue and not a group. It is between one on one with God. A group comes in when each person has repented and now serve God together. Repentance is in the heart of God to date, since is the way of reconciling through the Lamp of God that was slain. The blood of the Lamp washes sins and purifies. Repentance is Key in the heart of God. That is the message John the Baptist came preaching, that is the message Jesus came preaching and that is the message the church should continue preaching till the coming of the Messiah. Shalom.
