ASSOCIATION, and it is through their BAR Nos that they are attached to & under an Umbrella Bond through their respective BAR Union. Go to the Secretary of States Insurance Division and they will tell you what Insurance Co./Bonding Co. the BAR Union has to have to be Registered, then contact that Insurance/Bond Co. and state that you want to file a Claim for Damages against one of their Policy Holders via their State BAR No. and fill out the Claim Form and attach an Affidavit of Damages and an accounting thereof and submit to Insurance/Bonding Co. Once that goes in an Investigation will occur and the party will be suspended (not able to work) during the investigation (and you can drag that out for awhile) That will take the gas out of that party fairly quickly. It will very state to state, just investigate a little and you can get the answers & remedy you want. All Public Servants (to be servants) have to be Bonded some way, and once you file a claim against their Bonds they become unbondable and not able to work in that capacity anymore. You need to stay on all the parties involved for the info because some will pretend theyre not quite sure what youre asking. they know, you just have to stay persistant. Their Bonds ARE our remedy. Some attorneys say to me, >>>Go ahead then, just sue me... I come back & say, Dont sue public servants, just make claims against their Bonds... and watch their mood chage quickly. Their B.A.R. No. are their Policy Nos related to their Bonds. Its really not Their Bonds you are asking for, its the B.A.R. ASSOCIATIONs Insurance/Bond that you will be making a claim against since their B.A.R. member is the one that damaged you, your Attorneys or Judges B.A.R. No. The B.A.R. has to be insured, and the Secretary of State MUST make sure that they are Bonded/Insured and since you were damaged by one of their members you have the right, through their B.A.R. No. to make a claim against it. The fact that ALL Public Servants MUST be bonded/Insured against damaging one of us, then it just makes all the sense in the world to make a claim against their Bonds/Insurance Co. Just like in Commerce Driving, you get into an accident with someone and they are required to provide you with the Insurance Co. to be able to make a claim, so is the Insurance Division of the Secretary of State is obligated to give you the Insurance/Bonding copmany of the Registered entity, The B.A.R. ASSOCIATION, when a damage occurs or they couldnt operate. They MUST be Insured/Bonded to be operating and that is handled by the Insurance Division of the Secretary of State where they are registered, and their B.A.R. No. designates which one in their Union damaged so you can file a claim against that Party.
