RGA OUTRAISES DGA IN 2013: POLITICOs Byron Tau crunches the numbers of the two gubernatorial committees: According to totals released Thursday, the Democratic Governors Association announced that it raised about $28 million in 2013 across its three committees. The RGA announced earlier this week that it raised $50.3 million in 2013 through its 527 committee. The RGA - which normally does not release additional fundraising numbers - told POLITICO Thursday that it raised another $2.2 million through an affiliated nonprofit.
