RI is sandwiched between Mass and CT..both of those states made the ten richest...they should each absorb half of RI.. CT passed a Medicinal law..however you must be rich to obtain a license to grow weed...25thousand for app fee..if approved you need another 75 thousand to get license AND have 2 million in reserves..so CT either only wants the 1percenters to grow pot or they are trying to bait the cartel..who else has 2.1 million dollars to grow weed? if someone in CT wants to put the money up..i will come be your operations manager...it looks like NORMAL in CT is trying to be the owners of their 3-10 dispensarys... so CT is going to make a non profit all about legalty for everyone org the CT Pot Cartel ...so CT is not really helping cancer patients obtain affordable medicine nor is NORML looking to legalise for everyone... I hope Mass takes my half of RI.... Meanwhile, my unemployment ran out so who wants me to be there operations manager..or ecoli out of the water sifter?
