RICHMOND Information Adviser Permanent Excellent Salary, Full-Time Position based in Richmond, DL10 5HX Professional Information works on behalf of over 100 different Pharmaceutical companies, answering questions on medicines from doctors, pharmacists & nurses and consumers We are currently recruiting for an Information Adviser to work within the PharmaCall department at Professional Information. If you are a good communicator with a science background who would like to play a role in helping patients to use their medicines safely and effectively, then a career as an Information Adviser will appeal to you. As part of a friendly and professional team, you will take responsibility for answering patient help line questions on a specific group of products. The responses you provide will generally be covered by pre-existing standard response documents. Full training and management support will be provided to enable you to rapidly develop the skills of an effective Information Adviser. Hours of work vary according to a rota between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to participate in the on-call rota which involves handling calls from your home outside of office hours. Information Adviser Essential Criteria: - A life sciences degree or equivalent. The current team at Professional Information includes a broad mix of BScs, MScs, PhDs and nurses. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail - Strong organisational skills - The ability to work under pressure as an effective member of your team This is a full-time position based in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
